How do I use the Freeze-Dried sofrito?

Answer!Our Sofrito is iodine and salt-free. But our seasoning spices contain salt.
How long does shipping take?
It varies on distance from our processing location. We are located in the most northern part of the San Joaquin Valley, California.
How long does the sofrito last?
The freeze-dried Sofrito is estimated to last for up to 10 years when unopened. After opening, it's best if used by 10-12 months for optimal flavor and freshness.
