Amor Del Sol was born from a single purpose: to share the vibrant, soul-stirring flavors of the Caribbean with every kitchen and every meal. Our mission is simple yet profound; to honor tradition while bringing the most flavorful, nourishing, and authentic products into homes, offering a taste of ancestry to every meal.

 

Our recipes come from generations of family kitchens in North-West Puerto Rico, where some of life’s most treasured moments were spent around a shared family meal. Inspired by these memories, we found a way to preserve them, by carefully freeze-drying our cooking bases and spices so families everywhere can gather, savor, and celebrate the flavors that tell our history and stories.
