Our Sofrito is made from a blend of carefully selected herbs and vegetables, traditionally combined together in a stone mortar and pestle known as a pilón. Our products are mixed in a commercial grade blender to get the finest, well incorporated texture before being put through our freeze-dried process to preserve nutrition, and flavor, as well as vastly extending the shelf life of the Sofrito.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please return the used or opened product for a full refund.

We will issue a full refund once the used product is returned.
