Instructional Use

Step 1. Prep your pot or pan.

Spoon pouring small granules or ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2. For every Tablespoon of Freeze-Dried Sofrito, use 1  Tablespoon of water. (1:1 Ratio)

Spoon dripping water drops into a bowl, representing adding ingredients.

Step 3. Mix thoroughly until you reach the consistency of apple sauce.

Step 4. Cook or fry Sofrito to give food a more flavorful aromatic depth.

Step 5. DO NOT forget to say "wepa" when you smell the sofrito cooking.

Best if used by 10 to 12 Months after opening.
